Much of his theorizing is worthless to Bible believers, but when he discusses particular connections, that is really interesting

Simon bar Kokhba and the House of Hillel

In this paper I correct the official records offering explanations as to why they are remiss. I identify Simon bar Kokhba and show why it was no arrogance on his part that he adopted the title "Nasi" meaning "prince". [Nasi is pronounced with the emphasis on the "si" like the Spanish "yes".] This then allows me to show why Jesus was courted and chosen by the Chrestians to be their figurehead and why he considered himself a valid candidate to be King of all Israel.

Sinaiticus has Chrestian

From Chrestian to Christian (v1) 135-185 AD: prolonged gestation and labour pains leading to the birth of a malformed religion

When I set to work on this paper I had made the understandable but, as it turns out, somewhat lazy assumption that the name change from Chrestian to Christian coincided with - and so was emblematic of-a fundamental conceptual shift and change, a reorientation of the organisation which bore these names. So my objective was to pin down the date of this metamorphosis and using that as a foundation hopefully to propose a good reason it This turns out to have been a conceptual error. The reorientation was entirely independent of - and preceded - the name change. This paper tries to pin down what happened at least a good deal more tightly than has been possible hitherto. As the reader may imagine this implies that several documents - including books in the Bible have been serially re-edited to suit the changing narrative.

John The Baptist (7BC-36AD): Dating Key Moments in his Life and their implications for Christianity

To my great surprise all the evidence from mutually unrelated sources has been available for 1000 years which enable us to triangulate the three key dates in the life of John the Baptist, albeit that because of the various ways in which different cultures stipulated eg the New Year, each year should be seen as having a margin of error of +/-1. They fit with each other seamlessly. Understanding these dates has profound implications for the gospels and hence for our understanding of the foundation and nature of Christianity.
