I know the INTF has much of 02 available online in the New Testament Virtual Manuscript Room (https://ntvmr.uni-muenster.de/manuscript-workspace); the text would be available page by page there or in one large file if you don’t mind working with TEI-XML. The IGNTP created a program called NTTranscripts which is still available online (select the prototype link), though I do not know how much of Alexandrinus is available there (I am guessing it should be complete). Additionally, if you have access to it, Bibleworks 9 or 10 had a textual criticism module that had transcriptions of Codex Alexandrinus.
