do we have all of the original St. Catherine's New Finds material?

Stanley Porter makes a comment in his book that seems to question whether we have all the Sinai Monastery material. The implication is that some New Finds material was lost or discarded.

I place this thread just to correlate his words (later) and anything else that might bear on this questions.

We also know that some of the pages were also lost sight of by the monastery until they were accidentally discovered again in 1975 (and perhaps a few since). p. 53
