The Alexandrian text type includes w. 9-20 in the text in Codex C (5th C), L (8* C), A (9* C), V (9th/10th C), 33 (9* C), 579 (13th), 892 (9th C), 1241 (12th C), 2427 (14th?), and the Pell Platt edition of the Ethiopic version (16* C), and the Ethiopic Takla Haymanot edition of c. A.D. 500. Most impressive, however are the Alexandrian texts which reach to a time before X and B: the Coptic manuscripts in Sahidic, Bohairic, and Fayyumic of the third century.
