Brian likes to go back to Sharp, rather than Wallace.

Nothing here about proper names.
So the Rule as stated above already is defunct.

Does God have a "personal description" ... is God a "person"
Does Holy Spirit have a "personal description" .. is the Holy Spirit a "person"
.... if a person does not presuppositionally accept Trinitarian ontological categories, obviously the rule does not apply.
Does Master have a "personal description"

Give examples of differing usages where they do, and do not, have the personal description!
Without that, it is simply mumbo-jumbo, at best.

personal description respecting office, dignity, affinity, or connection, and
attributes, properties or qualities good or ill
