apparently the Sinaiticus reading might not have been a Greek conflation but come directly from Syriac Harklean (AD 600) or Coptic
However, the Greek matches very well, so it should be a Greek conflation at core

The second one might have picked up the text from the later verse

and the earth is at the end of verse 5 also
this makes for multiple ways to arise

The Sahidic Coptic reads "of her fornication with those of the earth," and the Bohairic Coptic reads "...with all the earth." Hoskier does not account for the uncial P here, but usually when 046 82 627 920 side against other uncials, P is opposed to 046 as well.
