and Granville Penn are difficult
- Hug seems to be mostly about antiquity, and the 1837 Granville Penn annotations are in English, with an 1836 NT, with a variety of sources.
Still, there is a lot there.

Annotations to the Book of the New Covenant, with an expository preface :
with which is reprinted J. L. Hug, "De antiqutate codicis vaticani commentatio..." (1837) -- Hug originally 1809

1836. Granville Penn, The Book of the New Covenant of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, being a critical revision of the text and translation of the English version of the New Testament, with the aid of most ancient manuscripts unknown to the age in which that version was last put forth by authority. London: James Moyes, for James Duncan, 1836.

If Tischendorf did a facsimile that would be available, Scrivener accepts the Tischendorf explanation of getting limited pages.

Besides the twenty-five readings Tischendorf observed himself, Cardinal Mai supplied him with thirty-four more his NT of 1849. His seventh edition of the text of New Testament (1859) was enriched by 230 other readings furnished by Albert Dressel in 1855. (F. H. A. Scrivener, A Plain Introduction to the Criticism of the New Testament (London 1894)

Would Tischendorf have created such a complex history?

Tischendorf in 1871 wrote that he had done much more in 1843 at the Vatican.
