Victor Mair - Chinese stymbols in the Dead Sea Scrolls

No idea, but I think a certain sinologist by the name Victor (quoted by Neil Altman) suggested that the scrolls, or at least 1 Qlsa-a, is of the Kaifeng origin, Jews of China are known to be great manufacturers, thus maybe they are the authors of some of DSS like Victor said Oh, I forgot to add that Victor meant the Kaifen jews of 7th century AD, thus post-lslamic provenance

Interesting! I had an email conversation with Fred Peter Miller (1931 -2018), some few years before he passed away, he told about me Neil Altman and his extensive paleographic investigation on DSS, and that he was about to release his findings in a certain journal of El Paso but I'm not sure whether he published it or not. Are you aware of it?
