Catholic printers using 14th century A.D. manuscripts for their readings. These are very very late manuscripts in the Eucherius manuscript line (some dating 6th-8th century A.D. etc). It's like Bede, and how some late 12th-13th century A.D. manuscripts were altered to include the Comma. These are late manuscripts in Bede's manuscript line (there are many manuscripts that date before this). Following the usual pattern of evidence of earlier without the Comma, later with the Comma.

There are a few cases where there is a split line in the manuscripts.
It would be interesting to look at all of them together.
This might include the Council at Ephesus of AD 341, involving Cyril of Alexandria.

There was a controversy around Cyprian Ad Jubianum.
Erasmus omitted text from his Cyprian edition.
