My first estimate is about 250 changes will need to be made for the post-Sinaiticus critical text GNT. The areas of greatest change will be in any books and sections where Vaticanus is lacuna.

The Epistles in general give Sinaiticus a lot of weight, with Sinaiticus often in disagreement with Vaticanus and often taken, with allies, over Vaticanus and its allies. This is far less frequent in the Gospels and Acts. Revelation is a wildcard, but since it is one of the books where Vaticanus is lacuna, changes will be many.

The textcrit cabal will avoid making changes on any variants with Vaticanus-Sinaiticus agreement, even if Sinaiticus was critical originally for the original Westcott-Hort text. Due to embarrassment,and the ability today to take variants that are essentially Vaticanus-only. This would have been a bridge to far in the 1870-1881 era.
